At My Violet, we want you to love your whimsical wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all My Violet garment tags and protective liners are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
